the location is very convenient to the seafront. free parking was available to me. the staff started breakfast earlier for conference attendees, thoughtful.

great range friendly staff excellent location bathroom floor blocked bath dirty carpet
i loved the location it was so close to the seafront plus the staff was super friendly i really enjoyed the breakfast too it offered such a great range of choices i especially liked the different kinds of coffees available
the bathroom wasn't very clean sadly when i took a shower the bath was blocked so water gathered at the bottom it took a long time to drain i found hairs on the bathroom floor when i first got in there were also bits and crumbs on the carpet suggesting it wasn't hoovered

quirky charm and warm welcome
inviting lounge spacious bedroom short walk suitable choice
i found the dining room and lounge area inviting. the double bedroom i stayed in was spacious with good facilities. the location was quiet but still a short walk to the seafront. breakfast was a jewel in the crown, offering choices that suited my needs.
i noticed the cold water pressure in the shower was not very strong. it. a stronger water flow would be more refreshing.

stale smoke erratic shower
The free parking was really convenient. I found a spot easily.
The room smelled strongly of stale smoke, pretty off-putting. the shower temperature was erratic. It alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold, made showering rather unpleasant.

warm welcome quick tour tasty breakfast stained carpets notable dust outdated shower
the staff were cute upon my arrival. they gave me a quick tour around the lounge. the breakfast was freshly made and tasty (i especially liked the eggs).
the carpets were stained in some areas. i noticed quite a bit of dust in the room. the outdated shower was a bit of a letdown.

good parking multiple choices lounge access
The breakfast offered plenty of choices! I liked that I could use the lounge. I could even bring in food to eat if I wanted. Parking was good and relatives weren't far away!!!
The room was a bit worn. It was not as clean as I expected for the price.
