My recent visit was AMAZING. The team's efficiency and friendliness. I especially appreciated the superb chef whose food was excellent. The meals were a highlight. The views of the lake and gardens from my room provided a beautiful backdrop to my stay.

amazing experience at a charming gem!

quick check-inimmaculate roomdated room
especially ashley and jade. They really were very good. check-in was quick, and the room was everything was super clean with wonderful daily service. the breakfast was great, promptly served, and offered a large selection. the location was perfect for a walk into town!
i think the hotel could improve by ensuring all rooms are consistently updated to match the high standards, as rooms appear more dated than others.

the hotel's gardens were well kept.
My room felt dated, and cleanliness was questionable. The furniture looked old, this made it unpleasant. dining was limited. Afternoon tea wasn't available upon arrival and i found it disappointing. overall, the experience didn't align with 5-star expectations.
