high standard extra touches eating places back building garden view no view
Hayley was really amazing. She gave me superb info on places to eat. The room was decorated to a very high standard. It had lots of nice touches like slippers and dressing gowns.
The room I paid for should have had a garden view. The room I got faced the back of the building. There was definitely no view of any garden. I felt I was charged extra for something I did not receive.

charming stay
amazing staff breakfast quality
hayley was amazing and gave us the best info on places to eat. the breakfast was fab (especially the quality of the ingredients). the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
room design wasn't ideal. i booked a room that showed pictures of the scenery, but i was given a room that overlooked a neighbor's driveway (i was a bit disappointed).

this hotel is near the town centre. a short walk provides access to restaurants and cafes. the building also had a car park with spacious bays (they are wider than normal).

breakfast had a great range of choices. the options ranged from continental to fully cooked (you preorder the night before). water, juice, tea and coffee were available.

large bathroom easy parking
The room was clean! the bathroom was large. breakfast was cooked to order and the staff gave great recommendations for restaurants. Hayley was very helpful. easy access parking was available in the front.

lovely bathroom extra touches fantastic staff
The bathroom was lovely and had many nice extra touches like robes and slippers!!! The staff provided fantastic attention throughout my visit. The welcome I received was also fantastic.
The hotel car park was a little busy.

delicious breakfast walking distance
my room, a beautiful king room, included tea and coffee. the breakfast was delicious with a great choice of food. the location is fabulous, within walking distance to many places.
i could faintly hear neighbors walking in the corridor.
