The room included complimentary water. It was very thoughtful. Breakfast had a lot of variety, and I found the quality high. The location was both central and quiet. It was a combination I sought.
The room felt a bit too small. Lights were not intuitive. I struggled to operate them. Front desk staff seemed unfriendly. They didn't explain all the amenities available.

I found the staff consistently helpful. They provided very warm welcome. the front desk staff was always available. the housekeeping staff maintained cleanliness. there is a terrace on the 5th floor. it offers free tea or coffee and comfortable lounges.
the soundproofing between rooms needs improvement. i could hear every conversation and movement next door.

Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. the fridge was well stocked. Tea and coffee facilities were available, but no milk or creamer. reception got us a jug of milk upon request.

the hotel is near the main shopping street, offering convenient access. there are many restaurants very close by. the location makes it easy to return, freshen up, and head back out for local dining. the metro is close.

My room faced the back, and unfortunately, there was a lot of noise at night. Loud music played until late from a nearby hotel. The soundproofing was not adequate. This disrupted my sleep. the bathroom had an older style shower. It was situated in a bathtub, difficult to get in and out of.

The staff assisted with directions to nearby attractions. they were consistently available at the reception desk! i also appreciated the free coffee and tea in the lounge. It was a convenient amenity.
