the location is really good, steps from the plaza and close to alfama. the accommodations were efficient, and the staff proved kind. breakfast was amazing, with varied options and attentive staff, paying attention to small details like seating preferences. the staff clearly focuses on providing personalized experiences.
the room, while adequate, had limited outlets, a real inconvenience. the bathroom lacked shelves. this made organizing toiletries difficult and affected the overall functionality. i think additional amenities for organization would really elevate the experience.

my beautiful room featured a king bed. the room decor felt very clean. the space provided adequate room for luggage and personal belongings, with a dedicated wardrobe and a functional desk area.

the hotel's location was great. staff was also excellent.
The room felt quite dark because of the small windows. It wasn't ideal. the bathroom felt old and dated. breakfast offered industrial scrambled eggs and pancakes, which didn't match the five-star expectation.
