the location was really central. the room was also quite clean. the staff helped book an activity for me, nice.
the breakfast room was somewhat cramped. it was also noisy and pretty basic. i did have to ask for milk for tea one afternoon (they said it was "not available at this time! ").

the staff were friendly enough. the location proved quite useful for getting around.
The room temperature was a constant issue despite adjustments to the air conditioning. i found it difficult to maintain a comfortable setting throughout the night. additionally, housekeeping seemed quite basic. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, and some surfaces were overlooked..

I appreciated the friendly staff. They even gave me a birthday gift and upgraded me to a suite. it was such a lovely surprise.. the location is also ideal. we found it easy to access the metro, sights, and many restaurants close by.
The air conditioning was tricky to control. The room temperature was inconsistent. it would sometimes get too hot, and other times it would blast cold air at unexpected times.

The room was beautiful. It was bright and airy. fragrant. the bed was big and comfortable, it had natural hues. opening the window shutters revealed a view of the walls of the castle.

The hotel is close to rossio metro station. It makes exploring very easy. the building has an interesting interior with old vaults combined with wood. the use of glass creates an interesting austere impression too.

Breakfast was served in a lovely area with stone vaults. we sat by the windows, watching people pass by. i enjoyed the traditional pastries. They tasted fantastic too.

the location was very convenient for exploring. my room was a good size and it was very clean. the breakfast buffet had a good range of choices.
the staff seemed quite rude and were neglectful of requests. the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. it was controlled from the front desk, inconvenient.
