artistic retreat in ideal location

i stayed in a spacious room with a comfortable bed. the free sparkling water on each floor was a nice touch (very refreshing after a long day). i also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially when i had questions about local attractions.
the ventilation noise from the nearby restaurant was noticeable at night. earplugs would have been beneficial.

Really good Stay!

I loved the location! It is a short walk to both Canada Place and Stanley Park. My room was comfortable and the staff was friendly, this. Access to E-bikes was such a cool bonus. I wish I had more time to use them! The filtered water refill stations were great to have available.
The air conditioning had a mind of its own. It was either full chill or heat.

Our room was a gallery king.. it featured unique artwork and added a special touch. i especially appreciated the complimentary filtered water station offering both still and sparkling options. This was available on each floor. also, the hotel offered complimentary wine tasting each day from 5-6 pm. finally, electric bikes were available at no cost for three-hour blocks, a feature i found quite useful.
the ventilation system made noise.. earplugs were useful for sleeping.

the reception staff were helpful and friendly.. they provided useful information to enhance my visit. i was offered coffee or tea served to the room each morning at a requested time. i found them efficient.
