Excellent City Hotel
genuine smiles excellent comfort convenient location
The staff was always ready to assist with genuine smiles. The hotel is very clean! The beds provided excellent comfort for sound sleep. I appreciated the convenient location. The Canada Line station is directly in front.
The heating system repair caused the room to be too hot, until I opened the window. So I had to keep the window open for the entire time.

The suite featured an open concept design along with modern styling. It had two big rooms. The bath included a large shower and roomy tub. Amenities featured bath salts plus a Nespresso machine with complimentary pods.

The hotel is located across the street from Yaletown-Roundhouse Station. The area felt safe. Numerous restaurants and cafes surround the hotel. Public transportation options are readily accessible near the building.

delicious breakfast complimentary e-bikes missing apps awkward plugs
i was grateful that the hotel offered complimentary e-bikes. i used them to explore the nearby seawall and parks. also , the breakfast at capo restaurant was really delicious and it provided a great start to each day.
i was a bit disappointed that the tv lacked streaming apps , a feature i've come to expect. additionally , i found the bathroom plugs to be awkwardly positioned .
