the room was a bit noisy from car traffic at night. i asked for a quiet room when i arrived, but i didn't get one.

The building is gorgeous. Our room was huge. The decor with exposed brick, crown molding, large windows, and wood floors is fine. Extras were appreciated, such as robes, umbrellas, water, cream for the Nespresso coffee, and phone chargers. The staff was so helpful!
I didn't believe what other reviews said. You will not sleep because of the noise. I could hear every single step from the people who were staying in the room above us. At 2 am, the person staying in the next room arrived and started playing a podcast or some news very loudly. I could hear what they were talking about.

Check-in was simple and efficient. The room had nice decor and met a high standard. The staff helped a lot with our luggage upon arrival. The hotel artwork added an extra touch to the building's character.
The street outside felt a bit uneasy during late evenings given the location.

There was no breakfast provided at the hotel itself but the in-room coffee was good. A breakfast spot was a short walk away. This arrangement offered flexibility for morning meals.
