excellent amenities and service!
helpful staff amazing whisky
The staff was always there to help during my business trip, appreciated. i enjoyed tiffany's bar, it has amazing whisky, beer, wine and spirits. the cocktails are superb. i also had the pleasure to eat in the hoi king heen restaurant. The meal was excellent. it was delicious.

the hotel gym is accessible 24/24. there is also a spa providing treatments and massages, if needed. i also saw that there is an outdoor pool available to relax, it is a very nice amenity.

the hotel is located just across a local park. it is also within walking distance to the avenue of stars. there are bakeries, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. the location is also easily walkable to many restaurants and shopping.

the room had can distilled water to replace excess plastic use. i also appreciated the coffee device, i could enjoy its taste and fragrance without going out. rooms are updated, i liked the nice hotel amenities in the room.

tasty item seating area front door staff
The breakfast buffet had a large variety of tasty items and fresh ingredients. IHG One Rewards members got special attention there. The room faced the harbour and included a desk area and separate seating area. The front door staff quickly hailed taxis and offered assistance.
The gym is small and feels cramped if more than two people are in it at once.

The room was clean and well laid out, which gave us a relaxing experience. It came with comfortable beds, luxurious toiletries, and soft towels, it was a plus. These details really enhanced the quality of our stay.

The hotel is situated near the MTR station, which makes traveling simple. Many restaurants are close to the hotel and provide many dining options. This is very convient, especially if you enjoy trying new foods.

pleasant ambiance brisket pear convenient outlets
The M Cafe provided a great breakfast experience daily , thanks to Thomas. He ensured customers were happy , a priority I noticed. The Hoi King Heen Chinese restaurant presented amazing twists on classics , reminiscent of my grandmother's cooking. I especially enjoyed the stuffed pear with brisket. The lighting in the rooms created a pleasant ambiance , and I found many outlets near the desk , very convenient. Rooms include a table instead of a desk , a practical feature for two people needing work areas.
The gym felt somewhat limited , with only a few pieces of equipment available.

efficient staff great view direct access
i found the staff helpful and efficient , especially with quick resolutions to any requests i had. my room had a great view and convenient access to transportation options nearby. the subway station provides direct access , , made exploring the city very easy. i appreciated the seamless connectivity and ease of getting around.
the gym equipment was somewhat lacking , specifically the absence of certain machines. this. i think an upgrade in this area would greatly benefit fitness-conscious guests.

my room included a comfortable king-size bed and a separate seating area. it had two separate sinks , a rainfall shower , and ample storage space. the skyline harbour view offered a lovely panorama of the cityscape.
