faulty thermostatlimited menu
I was a bit disappointed with our room. the thermostat didn't seem to work properly. it didn't matter what temperature i set. it was always the same. also. The room service menu was limited late at night, and some items weren't available. it reminded me of a bit of a letdown.

the club lounge lacked courtesy and hospitality especially one male staff member. the hotel condition looked awful. i noticed roof leaking water in the club lounge. rooms was old and very dark, i think they need to improve their lighting.

my horizon club harbor view king room felt particularly homely. the bedding were so comfortable, i sinked right in. waking up to views of the harbor was a treat i treasure. the staff greeted me with warm smiles.
the gym had limited space, and i found only a few treadmills were available, slightly inconvenient during peak hours.

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower which were very clean. the bed was really good and very comfortable, a heaven to sleep in. the harbor view added a beautiful, romantic touch.

housekeeping was prompt and thorough which i really love. the concierge provided excellent local recommendations i found useful. the staff were very polite and professional, a true delight to interact with.

the hotel is right on the promenade, near many things. tsim sha tsui mtr stations were very close. accessing public transportation was easy, it made exploring very simple.

i ate at the top restaurant, and the service was excellent. the food was very delicious, an enjoyable experience. the menu was extensive, with something for everyone.

I loved the convenient location near shopping centers. My room was spacious with great harbor views. The gym, saunas, and pool facilities were excellent! Late checkout was also available. This helped me a lot.
I think the hotel could improve the cleanliness of common areas and corridors. I noticed this a few times.

The gym includes modern equipment, and I saw treadmills and stationary bikes. The pool area features plenty of loungers. There is a shaded section. Guests will find everything they need here.
