I found the hotel shuttle bus to be REALLY helpful. It took me to nearby shopping districts, super convenient. The staff were friendly. The room had comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom, so i rested WELL.

The gym was a bit small, a slight inconvenience.

The air conditioning unit was excessively loud. It disrupted my sleep (which was really frustrating). The noise made it hard to relax in the room. I noticed other guests were similarly annoyed by the wait times.

the hotel provided free shuttle service, i guess it was acceptable.

The air conditioner was too noisy, i tried to adjust it but without success. the noise disturbed my sleep every night. the breakfast options were limited and repetitive. I hoped for more variety .

The staff were very friendly and helpful. i received a cake and teddy bear since it was my birthday. It was appreciated very much. the hotel allowed a late check out and stored my luggage.

the interior seemed quite old. i could see that everything was used many times. pricing is still ok for the location though.
