The automated curtains were a real plus, and I appreciated the spacious bathroom. The staff were always ready to help. I really enjoyed my stay. It is close to public transit options.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear hallway noise.

the staff were very helpful. they reviewed cctv footage to get a taxi plate number. i needed it after i left my phone in the taxi. they helped me contact the driver.
the check-in process was slow. the person at the counter typed a lot. she went through a checklist of do's and don'ts. her english was not very good.

the Decor of room was excellent. Beds were good. i liked prosecco at breakfast.
staff was outright unfriendly. check-in took forever, the person working at the check-in counter typed on her computer while going through an endless checklist of do's and don'ts. they did not use good english.
