The hotel offers fine views. Breakfast had many choices.
The cleaner ladies spoke VERY loudly outside the room early in the morning. I also found that communication between staff and guests was not good. They charged my card on the second day instead of letting me pay cash at checkout, SO annoying. I complained, but it was too much trouble to fix.

the rooftop bar had amazing sunset views. live music at night created a special vibe. breakfast included a nice spread. the location at the top suited me, with good views.

I found the staff cute. They were very helpful throughout my stay. The cave room was super clean and beautifully decorated. It included all amenities for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere was peaceful, so it was easy to relax and enjoy the space.
I noticed some noise issues due to the proximity of rooms, so noise dampening could improve the experience. The cleaner ladies outside my room spoke loudly one day. Service otherwise felt good. I hope they consider this feedback.

The hotel had multiple rooftop patios that provided fine views. The hotel rooms were air conditioned. I requested gluten free bread for breakfast in advance, and the hotel did provide it without issues.
