I enjoyed the hotel's proximity to many local businesses. The front desk personnel were very cute and helpful, addressing all my needs promptly. I had breakfast included with my visit and I liked it. The pastries seemed fresh and they had a good selection of fruit.
The room lacked cold water, and the water pressure felt weak. I expected an elevator, but my room required spiral stairs. Carrying luggage was inconvenient.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating. they stored our bags because we arrived prior to check in. the beautiful family room comfortably fit our family. the room had necessities like a hair dryer and shampoo.
the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted and was set at the same temperature for each room.
