I was disappointed with several aspects. The bathroom had poor design. The television did not work at all. The climate control barely worked. It took a very long time to change the temperature.

The air conditioning barely worked, it took ages to change the temperature in the room. also, the front desk staff seemed uninterested. One guy in the morning was rude. i found the poorly designed bathroom unsafe. Getting in and out of the shower and tub was tricky. the television didn't work either. I was quite annoyed.

Solid Stay Near the Lake

Location was good, a quick walk to the lake. Breakfast included several options and was great. The staff helped with parking. I also used the pool and liked it. The restaurant food was delicious. AMEL helped set up our stay. He ensured the sofa bed was ready. The hot pool and swimming pool felt relaxing.

The air conditioner was dusty and did not function very well. The coffee machine had mold in its water reservoir.
