Really good Stay!

The staff was friendly. I appreciated the breakfast lunch they packed for me before my early morning flight back home. Transportation was also arranged promptly. The room had tea and coffee facilities, which I found very useful.
The bar was initially closed because of air conditioning work.

The hotel is a short walk from the ferry terminal and the Riva waterfront. This location is also very quiet. The hotel offered easy walking distance to the palace area, ferry port, and bus station.

The room was very nice and neat. It was on the fifth floor with great views across the harbor. Air conditioning worked efficiently and ensured a restful environment at all times.

helpful staff quiet room welcome drink
Katarina at reception welcomed me warmly! She seemed ready to assist with anything. I found the location convenient. The room was quiet, a priority for restful sleep. I also received complimentary water and a bottle of wine upon arrival, a nice touch.
The hotel has a modern feel, but maybe lacks a bit of unique character.

fantastic stay with amazing service
helpful staff wide variety
i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. i was really thrilled by the quick problem solving skills of the staff.
the in-room coffee machine was a bit tricky to use i needed to ask for assistance to get it working properly which was a minor inconvenience this could be improved with clearer instructions or a more user-friendly design.

the room had modern decor with a comfortable bed the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries were available the air conditioning worked perfectly and maintained a consistent temperature.

the hotel included a fitness center i saw three treadmills two stationary bikes and a selection of free weights the sauna offered a relaxing experience it had a temperature of 80 degrees celsius.

the hotel was near many restaurants there were at least 20 dining options within a five minute walk the ferry port was also nearby about a ten minute walk.

the front desk staff were helpful arranging tours and providing directions concierge services were available 24/7 the staff also provided prompt responses to requests and inquiries i made.

I had an issue with the AC. It was never resolved despite my complaints and promises of a manager contacting me. The expensive room rate did not match the service.
