fantastic stay with amazing service
helpful staffwide varietyin-room machine
i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. i was really thrilled by the quick problem solving skills of the staff.
the in-room coffee machine was a bit tricky to use i needed to ask for assistance to get it working properly which was a minor inconvenience this could be improved with clearer instructions or a more user-friendly design.

the room had modern decor with a comfortable bed the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries were available the air conditioning worked perfectly and maintained a consistent temperature.

the hotel included a fitness center i saw three treadmills two stationary bikes and a selection of free weights the sauna offered a relaxing experience it had a temperature of 80 degrees celsius.

the hotel was near many restaurants there were at least 20 dining options within a five minute walk the ferry port was also nearby about a ten minute walk.

the front desk staff were helpful arranging tours and providing directions concierge services were available 24/7 the staff also provided prompt responses to requests and inquiries i made.

I had an issue with the AC. It was never resolved despite my complaints and promises of a manager contacting me. The expensive room rate did not match the service.
