modern stay NEAR nana bts
modern design water dispenser co-working space laundry facility
i found the hotel's modern design quite striking, it created a vibrant and trendy atmosphere. water dispensers on each floor eliminated the need to carry bottled water. i found the co-working space convenient, it was ideal for combining work with travel. the on-site laundry facility was a huge plus for a longer visit.
the hotel LACKED proper soundproofing , and i could clearly hear noises from the hallways and outside , which was slightly disruptive.

the hotel features a rooftop area SUITABLE for evening hangouts. there is a shared kitchen equipped with a refrigerator , microwave , and kettle. a coffee machine is available in the common area , alongside a table for dining or working.

my room included a comfortable bed , i found it particularly relaxing. i appreciated the thai sitting cushion near the windows , it was perfect for watching the trains pass. THE room had adequate shower gel , shampoo , and conditioner provided.

while there ISN'T a full restaurant , the breakfast offered a good variety of options. i noticed multiple food vendors along the streets. i saw many restaurants catered to tourists , they were located within walking distance.

the staff members WERE friendly and spoke english well. they were helpful with directions and answered my questions. i appreciated the efficient check-in process , it was straightforward and quick. the staff gave a complimentary breakfast, apologising for issues.

the hotel is located near a BTS skytrain station , it is easily accessible. a 7/11 is conveniently located across the street , just a minute's walk away. the hotel IS in a central area , close to local attractions and entertainment options.

Excellent Stay, Helpful Staff, Great Location
professional staff convenient location laundry facilities
The reception staff was professional and knowledgeable about the area. They even helped me book a taxi at the last minute. The location is excellent. I could easily walk to many eating places and the Nana BTS station. I also appreciated the coin-operated washer and dryer available.

some issues
missing fridge poor insulation
the rooms felt a little small and did not include a fridge. it was difficult to store any food or drinks. also, the noise insulation was poor. i could hear everything happening in the hallway and other rooms, especially at night and , made sleeping difficult.
