the staff were very responsive and happy to help with any questions i had. the location was close to a tube station, so it was easy to get around. my room was clean and a good size with a private bathroom.
the room had limited ventilation, so it felt a bit stuffy. my room was located in a separate building from the main hotel. the area around the separate building didn't feel very safe at night.

the room was clean. it included a microwave, a toaster and a kettle. i found a complete set of coffee, tea, creamer and sugar, that i appreciated.
access to the hotel required buzzing and waiting. nobody answered at first, and i relied on other guests to enter.

the staff were kind and the location was adequate to my needs.
the room fan did not rotate, so only one side received airflow. one window was inoperable, worsening the heat. it was disappointing to learn that the room was in a separate building a 7-minute walk away i was not told about this beforehand.
