staff kindness delicious breakfast restful night attentive service
the staffs kindness impressed me much. housekeeping and breakfast service were attentive. the breakfast tasted delicious. beds and pillows ensure restful nights, i appreciate this much.
the tv lacked some channels that i watch, still i found something else to keep myself entertained, i am thankful for the experience overall.

helpful staff quiet neighborhood convenient location no garden small lounge dated decor
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. the quiet neighborhood. I liked that there were many shops and restaurants within walking distance.
my room faced away from the garden and there was no garden access. the lounge area felt small and wasn't very inviting. the room decor seemed a little dated, SOMEWHAT.

sumptuous bed beautiful decor room request
The attention to detail in the decor is beautiful (it really stood out). Our bed was sumptuous and very large. I appreciated that the staff fulfilled my room request so warmly.
The water pressure in the shower was a little low, though it did not impact my overall enjoyment.

My room was well-equipped with everything i needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable with high-quality linens. I appreciated the decor. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and plush towels.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, providing easy transport to various destinations. The proximity to the streets and the Portobello Markets allowed for easy exploration. Wandering the streets proved to be a favorite pastime.

lukewarm shower running toilet
the location was acceptable, near the portobello road market.
The shower barely got warm. the toilet ran all night and couldn't be fixed. It was quite annoying.
