mixed experience, some issues with the room
working air conditioningleaky shower head
the air conditioning unit worked as it should, essential given the hot weather.
the stairs were difficult to manage with luggage. the shower was also problematic as the shower head leaked constantly.

the air conditioning worked well it was a very welcome feature . the location works for access to hyde park.
My room was on the fourth floor. the room was very small. also, the carpet didn't help the cleanliness, it felt a bit worn.
