The location is undeniably convenient with easy access to both underground and train stations. I appreciated a variety of eateries nearby and shops that added to the convenience of my stay. The front of the hotel is cute, displaying a charming view into the breakfast area. Free wifi was available and worked perfectly within my room, allowing me to stay connected.
I found that the lack of an elevator became quite inconvenient. Carrying my luggage up several flights of stairs after a long journey was a bit challenging.

the location was good, i guess. it was close to some things.
the room was pretty small, and not ideal when you have luggage. there's no lift, so hauling your bags up several flights of stairs is just great. also, the staff weren't all that friendly, they seemed pretty disinterested most of the time.

Excellent Stay, Fantastic Location!

This location works. Lancaster Gate Station is eight minutes away. Hyde Park is only five minutes from here. I found a grocery shop called Nisa just around the corner. several cafes along the street. A laundry service was available, and I used this to wash clothes for £20. Staff proved helpful and professional with requested information.

mixed experience, some issues with the room
working air conditioningno elevatorleaky shower head
the air conditioning unit worked as it should, essential given the hot weather.
i was not pleased with the lack of an elevator, especially since my room was on one of the higher floors. the stairs were difficult to manage with luggage. the shower was also problematic as the shower head leaked constantly.

the air conditioning worked well it was a very welcome feature . the location works for access to hyde park.
My room was on the fourth floor. There was no lift, made things difficult after a long day. the room was very small. also, the carpet didn't help the cleanliness, it felt a bit worn.
