Acceptable stay downtown
central location good room size pineapple juice rude staff soggy hash browns expensive breakfast
The location was CENTRAL. It was close to many attractions and food places. My room was a good size with everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious. I especially liked the pineapple juice.
The staff seemed a little rude. I thought they seemed stuck up. It was £17. Soggy hash browns were offered. There were no eggs.

Really good Staff and Convenient Location
helpful staff great room
The staff greeted me upon arrival! they were really good. I fell before reaching the hotel, and a staff member quickly provided an ice pack and arranged a great room for me. I observed him helping a wheelchair user the next day. It was very kind.
The air conditioning was very loud, and the temperature was erratic. I could not open the window at all. Therefore, the room felt stuffy. I would have asked to move if I were staying longer. The lifts also seemed unusually slow.

Reception provided a warm welcome with smiling faces. Bar staff were lovely. Breakfast staff offered a cute experience. Security was also very helpful.

The breakfast had varied options, AND it tasted good. The coffee provided was rich. Eggs were perfectly cooked. The breakfast staff maintained a clean dining area.

the hotel location near the railway station worked well. the room had elemis toiletries provided, a bonus. the breakfast included a large choice of options.
the room carpet was stained. the shower didnt work properly. the food for dinner was not tasty, it was also expensive.

corner room free safe nice smell
the receptionist was REALLY nice. she gave me a corner room and wow the views. the room was a decent size and included a free safe IT'S AMAZING. shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, shower cap, soap, conditioner, they were ALL Elemis!
the beds just kept PUSHING apart. it made sleeping awkward.

Excellent City Center Stay
clean bathroom quality toiletries ironing board
The hotel room included an iron and ironing board for clothes care. A kettle with glasses and cups was also available in the room. I found the bathroom clean with good toiletries provided (i appreciate it).
The lighting in the room was poor. The lights were rather dim and could use some good led's.

Breakfast offered a good selection with many choices. The hotel provides a reduced parking rate at a nearby parking location (very useful). The location is excellent, close to shops, bars, and restaurants.

The room had a large wardrobe with a full-length mirror. The shower was powerful and had ESPA toiletries. I enjoyed the bath, as it was a nice bonus, and the room had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

great room size ideal location complimentary champagne
The room size was great. I appreciated the cleanliness and the overall condition of the room. The location is ideal. It is close to many attractions. I enjoyed the complimentary champagne bucket with ice and glasses provided by the staff.
The twin beds felt hard. The pillows were not very comfortable, so my night's sleep was not great. I also wasn't told about the discounted parking. It.
