superb stay!
helpful staff tasty meal comfortable bed
i felt genuinely welcomed because the staff were amazing and helpful. i enjoyed a tasty meal before heading to a concert, just a quick cab ride away. the bed was really comfortable with good pillows, and the bathroom had good space.
the window let in road noise, made sleep difficult.

the location is super convenient to hammersmith, the river thames. a great selection of restaurants and pubs are close by. access was good, though there were a few stairs to climb, it wasn't a big deal.

The staff were generous with their time and assistance. the owner greeted me warmly. i got a warm welcome from the person working at the bar. They were wonderful and very accommodating to my needs!!!

there is a bar downstairs, and the pub is really good. they have a very good selection of beers available to try. i got a discount when i ordered food in the pub, a nice extra perk.

charmed Stay Near Hammersmith Apollo!
friendly staff seating option
The staff was kind, and helped me with directions to nearby attractions. The pub downstairs provided tasty food and drinks. I especially recommend the full english breakfast. There were also very nice seating options outside.
The stairs up to the hotel were metal, so carrying luggage was not easy. The room could benefit from a really good deep clean.

The hotel has a pub on the ground floor that serves a wide variety of drinks and food. It creates a really social atmosphere. The pub includes adjacent garden where guests can sit and relax. This is a plus.

The location suited my travel needs quite well. The tube station IS very close, very useful. The staff were cute.
The carpet had some visible stains in my room. The drapes did not close properly, so light came through. A hairdryer was listed as available, but it was not provided. Only ONE small towel was initially available for showering.

The staff were SUPER friendly and helpful! I stayed in the "Family Room Bath" room. The room was quiet. I did not hear the pub AT ALL.
The room could use a little bit of an upgrade.

the location was perfect! the nearest tube stop was just a few steps away. the staff were great and kind. the pub downstairs was so fun and i couldn't hear it from my room!
the stairs up to the hotel weren't great, they were metal. the room was really dusty, it could do with a really good clean. one side of the bed was really worn down. it had a massive dip in the mattress, i felt.

the staff were very attentive and friendly. they were always very helpful. i booked again as a result of the service. i was.
The rooms did not feel clean. there was thick dust on light fittings and skirtings. the bathroom was tired. the shower did not work properly. It was too hot and would not go to a cool setting.
