friendly staffclogged sinkincompetent hairdryer
the staff was friendly and helpful during arrival and checking out.
the sink in the shower room always clogged. i don't know if it was caused by a previous guest, but the hotel employees should check after each guest checks out. also, the hairdryer was not competent. it overheated quickly even at the lowest setting.

The hotel benefits from a VERY convenient location, close to many malls. This made shopping and dining very easy. The staff provided helpful and friendly service throughout my stay. I appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to assist with any requests.
The room lacked a window.

The hotel features a smart android tv with pre-installed Netflix and prime video (i used my own account). The city view from the higher floors provides a fine backdrop (when available).

Starbucks is conveniently located within the hotel premises. Many famous restaurants surround the hotel, with a wide variety of dining options (Damascus, Hameediyah Nasi Kandar, and Kunafa Fingers are close by).

The team speaks good English, which facilitated clear communication. Housekeeping maintained high cleanliness standards. They provided extra mineral water upon request (they delivered two to three bottles daily). The staff's courteous and helpful attitude enhanced the experience.
