dirty groutingtiresome parking
the bathroom really let things down. the shower had scum around the plug hole and dirty grouting on the floor and walls, ugh. parking was a real pain too. i paid for three nights, but i still had to pay at the barrier the next morning because i didn't have time to park again and go to reception. they didn't refund me for this even after i explained it! frustrating.

Smooth and easy stay

I experienced a relaxing break with my family. Staff at reception accommodated all requests. The breakfast staff checked in with guests to ensure all needs were met. We had a family meal deal for dinner where the food and service were both good.
The room was located right by the main door. This constant traffic resulted in banging throughout the night. I found it very annoying.

The room had large double beds. Tea, coffee, biscuits, and bottled water were provided. Quality towels and hand wash are available. The room was super clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

I noticed Jovita offering warm and professional attention to guests. Eva provided great service with a smile. Kabir welcomed us to breakfast and explained how it worked.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices the fruit was fresh and well stocked. my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower the bathroom also had ample counter space. the hotel offered easy access to public transportation it was very convenient for getting around.
the gym was small and somewhat crowded during peak hours
