The breakfast offered excellent choices. The sausages tasted really good, a highlight. The food on the buffet remained hot, never drying out, which I appreciated. All the staff members were helpful. I will consider returning here.
I found that the room was somewhat cold. I think management should find a solution for the temperature issue.

Our stay had some problems. The room was quite dated and clearly needed redecorating. our room was right above a function room, so loud music continued past midnight. We were not informed about that possibility when we booked our stay.

i stayed there with my family for a few nights. the staff was super friendly and helpful, thats a big plus for me. the location was great as it was close to emerald park. the room was super clean, i mean really clean, and the pool was a hit with my daughter.
the games room was a bit of a letdown. the air hockey table didnt work and the receptionist didn't seem to care much when i reported it.
