slow bar servicefreezing bedroom
the bar service was slow no one asked about drinks or the bill despite few patrons the room was cold i asked for help with the radiator a staff member provided a plug in radiator later the room remained freezing bed shaking cold the trip was a birthday gift and this impacted the experience negatively
