free upgrade accessible room hot breakfast wheelchair user
I received a complimentary upgrade which placed me on the same floor as my son. He had a ground-floor accessible room. The hot breakfast was good (I recommend the sausages!). The hotel offers good facilities for wheelchair users.
The pillows were a bit flat. Next time, I will consider bringing my own.

i had such a blast . the breakfast buffet was awesome , with a wide array of options to kickstart the day. i also found the staff very friendly , always ready to assist with a smile. the on-site facilities kept my granddaughter entertained throughout our trip , a definite plus!

fantastic stay!
convenient location excellent beer buffet selection
the location was great for seeing everything nearby! the bar had great choices of beers, and i really liked the lager selection. breakfast was from 7 am to 10:30 am, which suited my travel schedule perfectly. the buffet had cereals, fruit, yogurt, and cooked food, with a lot of choices.
i wish there was better information about nearby activities. it would help guests discover everything the area offers.

faulty toilet lack of information
the check-in process was efficient , which i suppose is something.
I found a couple of significant issues . the toilet in my room struggled to flush properly , quite a basic requirement you would think. also , i felt the complex lacked sufficient information about local activities . It was like i was expected to already know everything.

worn furniture indifferent staff
the location was pretty good , allowing easy access to nearby attractions.
the room i had definitely showed its age. the furniture looked quite worn , with noticeable stains and signs of wear , not very appealing. also , the staff seemed a bit indifferent , it wasn't the friendliest experience .

excellent choice self service travellers needs buffet style
the bar had an excellent choice of beers and lagers. breakfast was served from 0700 until 1030, so it catered for most travellers needs. i found breakfast to be self service buffet style. there was a selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and hot cooked food.
the room toilet flushing was not satisfactory, it was a minor issue.

check-in was easy. the staff was friendly. the room had a sofa.
the room had no air conditioning, so it was not great in the hot summer months. the room windows only opened so far. the room got very stuffy.
