the greeting at reception was friendly. i found the staff in the bar to be excellent. cleanliness was apparent throughout the hotel. i found these aspects particularly commendable.
the heating seemed difficult to control. noise from the road was noticeable. i found some towels were worn. these issues detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay.

the breakfast included good variety. it had wide options to choose from. i thought the hotel bar was lovely. it provided loads of room.
the hotel food wasn't great at one event. the cabbage was uncooked. the turnip were not cooked through too. i think staff did not replenish the food stations often enough. i waited 15 minutes for eggs.

the staff was very attentive , they ensured all my needs were met with care. I particularly enjoyed the delicious and varied options at breakfast , the pastries were especially FRESH.
i noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom , specifically the shower head had a small leak. the noise from the hallway was sometimes audible in my room , impacting the PEACE at times.

the breakfast had an acceptable selection of items.
The room had a few issues, a light bulb was out. the safe was non-functional because of a dead battery. the tap in the bath leaked. I reported these problems. none of these issues were resolved .
