the staff was helpful. i appreciated the amazing breakfast with fresh fruits. i noticed smoothies were available. our waiter sai was very friendly. i liked the excellent food made by chef sid.
the room we stayed in first had no day light. the view faced a dark wall. the bed was very short. my legs dangled off.

the hotel has a convenient location near liverpool street station. i found many bars and restaurants close by. the breakfast included a good variety of food. the service throughout my stay was very good.
i found only one dressing gown in the room though there were two of us. the cleaning team removed it the second night and we had none. the coffee, tea, and milk were not refilled. this was annoying since i paid for two nights.

check-in felt impersonal the receptionist directed me to a computer. there was no welcome or information about the hotel. i also noticed the room lacked basic amenities no mini bar or extra toiletries were available.

the location was decent.
i thought the self service checkin felt absurdly impersonal to me. i feel like a check in kiosk at the airport is more personable. the general feel of the hallways seemed grubby and i was like it was dirty.
