The air conditioning did not work properly and the TV had limited streaming capabilities. There was no Netflix. I was disappointed because I wanted to relax and watch a movie.

excellent stay near the o2
friendly staff refurbished room convenient parking
i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the room had everything i needed and felt recently refurbished. the location was ideal, very close to the o2 arena. i appreciated the convenient parking available at the hotel.
the stairs to the rooms were quite narrow, made carrying luggage a little difficult.

the staff were attentive and provided excellent customer service. breakfast offered a good selection of options. lunch service was quick. the attentiveness of the staff at breakfast was especially welcome.

the inn is near a lovely park. it's a 10-minute walk to the o2 arena. transport links are easily accessible from the hotel. i found the neighborhood very quiet , which was relaxing.

public transport first class breakfast efficient staff narrow corridor banging doors
the location was superb with great public transport links. Breakfast WAS first class. Staff were attentive and efficient during the morning service.
the corridor to the bedrooms are VERY narrow. The noise in the mornings was not acceptable as you could hear constant banging doors from guests coming and going. I also heard noise from cleaners and hoovers

ideal location super clean faulty lighting wall light
The location was superb for the O2. It was ideal. The bedrooms were super clean. I found them very well equipped. The breakfast was amazing. The food was excellent in general!
Sadly, the lighting in the rooms wasn't working correctly. This made the room very dingy! Both bedside lights were out of order. It was a real shame. the wall light was hanging off the wall. I thought that was a major issue.
