the location was superb with great public transport links. Breakfast WAS first class. Staff were attentive and efficient during the morning service.
the corridor to the bedrooms are VERY narrow. The noise in the mornings was not acceptable as you could hear constant banging doors from guests coming and going. I also heard noise from cleaners and hoovers

The location was superb for the O2. It was ideal. The bedrooms were super clean. I found them very well equipped. The breakfast was amazing. The food was excellent in general!
Sadly, the lighting in the rooms wasn't working correctly. This made the room very dingy! Both bedside lights were out of order. It was a real shame. the wall light was hanging off the wall. I thought that was a major issue.
