broken switches
staff just kept sayin it 'depends on the day,' which stressed me. also, the tv casting in the room wasnt workin and some bedside switches were broke so i had to unplug lamps to turn them off. not great.

Mixed Feelings at this Hotel

The main area with its restaurants and bar was quite amazing.
The heating system was faulty. I found the room rather dull. The service felt subpar for a hotel of this supposed caliber. The food was not excellent.
