The location was quite convenient for exploring. Gloucester Road tube station was only a short walk away (about 3-4 minutes, I believe). The daily cleaning service was thorough. Our trash bin was emptied, and everything was refreshed.

The air conditioning did not work properly . It was quite warm in the room, and reception was unable to resolve the issue (despite my complaints). the provided water was only complimentary for the first night.

the staff provided great help with directions. the rooms are bigger for the area, a definite bonus. i found easy access to tube stations, which aided travel.

traffic noise was noticeable from my room facing cromwell road. it did interrupt sleep.
