The room was quite spacious and clean. The staff were lovely and accommodated an early check in for me. I was pleased with the selection of snacks and drinks that were available in the room. These were a very nice touch, especially after traveling.

The reception neglected to cover information about WiFi during check-in. I needed to call to the front desk later asking questions. It would be nice if that information was provided upfront.

The hotel's location is ideal for travel via the Eurostar because it is across the street from both St Pancras and King's Cross Stations. Its central spot allows for easy access to many parts of the city.

The breakfast was a letdown. I expected more variety, especially for a hotel like this. the room wasn't as soundproof as i hoped. Sirens were audible throughout the night. It wasn't the peaceful stay i anticipated, disappointingly.
