The location was great, right across from the train station.
The room I was assigned did not match the photos online. It felt quite basic and a little rough around the edges. The bed was too small.

The hotel provided free beer and crisps, a nice touch! The cocktail bar stood out. I enjoyed a fascinating chat with the manager. I found the bathroom and bedroom decor fantastic and the location was very convenient to trains. It helped a lot. I received a complimentary upgrade to a generous-sized suite. The amenities were great too.
The lighting in my room was a problem, making it uncomfortably dark!

Good Stay Near King's Cross
spacious room early check in nice snacks
The room was quite spacious and clean. The staff were lovely and accommodated an early check in for me. I was pleased with the selection of snacks and drinks that were available in the room. These were a very nice touch, especially after traveling.
The reception neglected to cover information about WiFi during check-in. I needed to call to the front desk later asking questions. It would be nice if that information was provided upfront.

The hotel's location is ideal for travel via the Eurostar because it is across the street from both St Pancras and King's Cross Stations. Its central spot allows for easy access to many parts of the city.

The reception staff were very friendly. They were also helpful. I really enjoyed dealing with them. They were polite and smiley. They could not do enough for me .

The room was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was also clean. It was decorated in a quirky, nicely appointed style I found beautiful and aesthetically pleasing.

The hotel had some complimentary drinks, snacks, and other treats. The well-equipped fridge was a great surprise. It offered plenty of options for refreshments. I found this very convenient.

I found the breakfast service delicious and well-prepared. The chaps serving during breakfast were very helpful. The salmon with poached eggs was a wonderful start to the day for me.

limited choice audible sirens
The breakfast was a letdown. I expected more variety, especially for a hotel like this. the room wasn't as soundproof as i hoped. Sirens were audible throughout the night. It wasn't the peaceful stay i anticipated, disappointingly.
