Excellent Stay
early check-in delicious cake
I received an early check-in and an unexpected room upgrade. A birthday setup in the room featured a personalized note and a delicious chocolate cake. I also enjoyed the rooftop breakfast and the welcome drinks offered by the perks program. The cocktail bar was great. I found the gym well-equipped with some Peloton bikes.
I noticed just one hook in the bathroom for hanging several towels. The hotel should offer soft lighting options for gentle wake-ups or relaxing evenings. The lighting was harsh.

I found the location to be very convenient. I enjoyed easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and comfy. The bathrooms were also great.
The staff was rude and unprofessional. The bedroom on the second floor was ridiculously loud. This noise came from 11:00 pm to 3:00 am. The rooftop pool was freezing. It was also overlooked by the restaurant.

friendly staff amazing lobby clean room
i totally loved the super friendly staff. nothing seemed like too much bother! the lobby has such an amazing smell, and the bar staff were fantastic. our room was very clean and well appointed, i cant wait to stay again!
i felt the gym had a faint sewage smell which put me off.

A Haven of Style and Comfort
warm welcome amazing standards comfy bed
Pedro gave such a warm welcome. The hotel showed amazing standards across the board. The steam shower was a treat, and I had the best sleep in the comfy bed. I intend to use the rooftop pool on my next visit.
Waiting times felt excessive, and the breakfast itself did not meet expectations.
