I really liked the big size of my City Studio. The bed was comfy and I slept soundly each night. The hotel has a vibrant lobby with comfy seating. A coffee bar is in the lobby too.
I found the shower to be quite poor. It was hard to move the soap and shower bottles, so I used my own products. Fresh milk was left out for beverages, but there was no fridge for it.

the location was good. it was right next to a station and a variety of eateries were close.
the rooms needed a deep clean. there was dust everywhere and the kitchenette was sticky, and it was. they only clean once a week!!!

i found the washing machine in the room quite useful. the natural light and furniture created a lovely ambience. the full kitchen facilities within my studio apartment provided convenience.
the shower design allowed water to spill onto the bathroom floor easily.

the hotel is near multiple tube stations and a bus stop. earl's court is within walking distance and features restaurants and pubs. the area offered convenient access to transportation.
