Our Executive Double Room was immaculate. The staff were attentive and helpful. They promptly addressed all our inquiries. The breakfast offered a wide selection of items.

The room included two chairs and a small table that was useful for working. i liked the availability of tea and coffee. the hotel grounds are beautiful. I saw many well-kept garden areas. parking was easy with ample spaces available near the entrance.

the gardens ARE well kept.
upon arrival, the reception staff did not acknowledge ME for an extended period. They continued a personal conversation. I found this EXTREMELY unprofessional and dismissive.

friendly receptionistlovely viewcaring staffdirty remote control
the receptionist was friendly. our room offered a lovely view. the hotel has character and charm. every member of the team was attentive and caring. the staff made sure our family felt comfortable. their warmth and professionalism made a difference.
i found that some areas could use improvement. the remote control in the bedroom wasn't clean. i think it could be cleaned for infection control.

the swimming pool is a good size. the outdoor jacuzzi was relaxing. there are lovely walkways to explore and beautiful scenery. i really enjoyed the surroundings.
