the room was very very comfy and tidy (i slept so well). breakfast was lovely. the hotel location allowed easy access to nearby walks.
the coffee pods in the room were expired. a taxi booked by the desk arrived thirty minutes late, so i missed my dinner reservation. despite paying for a late checkout, staff knocked on my door repeatedly.
