small shower cubicleunclean toilet
I was frustrated with some aspects of my stay. the shower cubicle in the bathroom was small. i kept hitting the door open while washing! there were also many spiders in the bathroom with cobwebs. the toilet needed to be cleaned properly too. I could see it hadn't been cleaned at the bottom of the bowl.

The staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel and food were great. We dined in the restaurant and the food and service were fantastic! especially sarah, neal, and tamara, who assisted us with queries at the spa and pool. kamryn at the reception desk was fantastic. She.

staff at reception provided maps and directions clearly! concierge promptly assisted with luggage storage. housekeeping staff were observant and quick to replenish toiletries and towels when needed. they offered a great service.

uneven experience, room for improvement
slow serviceincorrect drink
The bar service disappointed me. drinks sat on the bar for over fifteen minutes. my husband found out after drinking his whisky that they served a different brand than he ordered. also, the breakfast service was a bit strange. The server seemed reluctant and made odd comments. i'd expected more attention to detail, especially after the pricey meal.
