fresh eggs great location cheerful demeanor
the breakfast provided fresh eggs cooked to order it added a personal touch. the hotel location is close to restaurants oxford street shopping and hyde park. galina on staff.
the hotel signage outside could be improved to make it easier to locate.

wonderful hotel experience
helpful staff quick response clean room many choices
the staff was excellent and helpful, always smiling. they responded to all our requirements quickly. our room was large and clean, a club double room. breakfast had many choices included.
the decorative aspects are older, but that's part of its charm.

the hotel is close to the underground station. this location allowed us to visit any place in the city by tube or bus. it is a really convenient spot

some issues
small room broken charger
The room i had was quite small. it was hard to move around, especially with luggage. also, the usb charger in the room was broken. It pushed into the wall when i tried to use it. this made charging my phone difficult.

mixed experience, small basement room with noise issues
small space constant noise
the location is acceptable, as it is close to transportation.
i was very disappointed with my basement room. the space was small, it was difficult to move around the bed. constant noise from air conditioning units made it hard to relax, the staff made noise upstairs early sunday morning.

the mattress in the room had a noticeable sag on one side it affected sleep quality. the breakfast service was understaffed there were delays in replenishing items and clearing tables the selection was acceptable but the execution fell short. i also observed a lack of readily available information regarding nearby attractions or transportation options.

excellent location quick responses spacious room comfortable bed
the location is excellent. i could easily reach key attractions. the staff responded quickly to requests. they ensured all my needs were met promptly. the room was spacious and well appointed. i appreciated the comfortable bed and functional workspace.
the elevator wait times were occasionally a bit long during peak hours.
