helpful staff friendly greeting poor soundproofing late noise
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated Ganesan at the door. He always greeted me with kindness and ensured I had everything I needed .
My room was not soundproof. I could hear noises from nearby rooms and the lobby. The soundproofing was a problem especially late at night, preventing quality sleep.

a luxurious experience
spacious room elegant furnishing easy access
the room was spacious. it was elegantly furnished. it also offered a amazing view of marina bay sands!!! i found the hotel's location unbeatable with easy access to iconic attractions.

slow check-in process unusual flush system
The check-in process was slow. my room was not ready at the standard check-in time. The email about early check-in did not work since i booked more than one room. i received no refreshments while i waited. also, the toilet flush system was unusual. It was just one large button on the wall.

dismissive staff slow luggage service
The breakfast buffet was overwhelming. I really hate THE way the older staff pointed instead of helping. Felt pretty dismissive. took forever for someone to help with luggage on checkout. Had to call twice to remind them. I was almost late for my flight!

cramped shower missing powerpoint
i found the bathroom setup inconvenient. there was an unnecessary urinal, this. also, the absence of a power point in the bathroom was a problem, forcing me to charge my toothbrush near the bed.
