The breakfast buffet was overwhelming. I really hate THE way the older staff pointed instead of helping. Felt pretty dismissive. took forever for someone to help with luggage on checkout. Had to call twice to remind them. I was almost late for my flight!

i found the bathroom setup inconvenient. there was an unnecessary urinal, this. also, the absence of a power point in the bathroom was a problem, forcing me to charge my toothbrush near the bed.
