Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

Our visit was really charmed! The king size bed had comfortable pillows. The bathroom included great water pressure and a rainfall shower head with a separate bath tub. Many dining options were available (at least seven!). The gym included a lot of modern equipment and the pool was large.
The air conditioning in some areas seemed a bit too strong at times, but that was easily adjusted.

The soft play center is excellent for children. Life jackets are available around the pool ensuring safety. The hotel also offers many activities and services for children ( family-friendly!).

I highly recommend dining in the main restaurant for breakfast. You will be spoiled for choice! The food and beverage services were speedy and very friendly. The coffee shop in reception was fine and provided good value.

The room gave us a gorgeous landscape view. It was very clean and tidy throughout the visit. The rooms are spacious and provide comfort. (The linens were fresh!).

The hotel is in the nice area of Orchard, close to the main shopping district. It is also a short taxi ride to Sentosa Island and Marina Bay Sands. Taxis are very reasonable.

incorrect donenessdessert failure
Dinner was a comedy of errors at Origin Grill. They forgot the meat platter. When it finally showed up, the meat wasn't cooked right. The strawberry dessert never materialized because, apparently, the dessert chef had clocked out. At least I didn't have to pay extra for that disaster.

The king size bed featured comfortable pillows. The bathroom included great water pressure and a rainfall shower head. I liked the separate bathtub (it was a nice touch!).
