The room was spacious. the breakfast had great selection. staff were lovely. the pool was a nice way to relax in the heat. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
The room was smaller than we expected even with the upgrade. the pillows were terrible. the light came through the top of the curtains. It made it tricky to sleep. i could not sleep well.

city skyline great view varied cuisines unhelpful staff poor explanation confusing tax
the breakfast catered to all cuisines. the pool offered a great view to the city skyline.
the staff at reception were not very helpful when i needed explanation of vat and government tax. to me it is one and the same. (i didn't understand why they didn't clarify).

nice stay, minor hiccup
helpful staff fine view diverse cuisine
I appreciated the helpful staff . They assisted me efficiently. the upgraded room on the 22nd floor offered fine views. breakfast included diverse cuisines, so it was worth adding to the stay. the concierge team assisted with laundry and finding a mauy thai center.
The key cards initially didn't work upon arrival. I was sent to the room. i went back to reception. It was a known issue, inconvenient. a heads-up would've been appreciated.

the breakfast buffet offered an extensive selection with many choices. i observed staff consistently replenishing items. the rooftop bar offered great drinks, attentive service, and an amazing view.
