I appreciated the helpful staff . They assisted me efficiently. the upgraded room on the 22nd floor offered fine views. breakfast included diverse cuisines, so it was worth adding to the stay. the concierge team assisted with laundry and finding a mauy thai center.
The key cards initially didn't work upon arrival. I was sent to the room. i went back to reception. It was a known issue, inconvenient. a heads-up would've been appreciated.
