superb locationimmaculate conditioneasy walk
i've been a customer for years! the location is superb because it serves all my needs. it was immaculate! they were even painting when i got there. you won't find a better spot so close to everything. it is a short walk to the beach, bus, and rail hubs!!!

the room had blackout curtains and the cleanliness was superb, i also found the bed comfortable. the location is near the train and bus station and it is a walkable distance from the main spots. i could safely leave my car in a car park only three minutes away.
the shower was small, and i found the bathroom sink also small. the glass shelf above made it hard to bend over, so this shelf should be moved. there was no fridge, and i missed a table.

the guesthouse had a lot of personality and history, i liked it very much. the stairs were constantly lit, so steps are visible. parking was close, and cheap.

the room was very comfy and tidy with its own washbasin (shower and toilet are shared). i liked that i could check in at midday when i arrived near the railway station. the radiator in the room was controllable and very effective when it cooled. there was a generous supply of tea and coffee plus a cute biscuit.

The location was really convenient. I was just steps from the rail station. the room was a twin room shared shower toilet and it was very clean. all amenities were top notch. the shared bathroom was also very clean.

The location is FANTASTIC! I walked to the train station, the town center, and the seafront with such ease. Hot drinks were available, and they were replenished DAILY. The stairs were always lit, so I saw each step clearly. The building was VERY clean.
It would have been better if the windows could open wider for more ventilation.

The room was super clean and in very good condition! the bed was comfy and the towels were lovely. i got a voucher for parking next door between 4pm and 11am. It was very helpful.
it was hot weather, and there was no a/c. the windows opened only a little, so it got quite stuffy.
