I really like the location. It's easy to access public transport. There is a ticket machine available right in the atrium. I found USB outlets and power outlets super close to the bed, nice. The staff gave me a noon check-out, which allowed me to sleep in a bit.
The hotel bar closes pretty early, and that limits late-night options.

The staff was really kind and respectful throughout my visit. They provide assistance with ironing through a machine. a ironing table. I got a noon check-out time, and this made my departure stress free.

The tram stop was directly outside, a short ride to the city center. The hotel offers interactive games and facilities. I found the room very spacious. I could work during the day.

The room was always clean, and bins were emptied daily. I liked the bed being made each day. free games in the lobby kept me entertained. there were free movies in my room. i appreciated that public transport tickets were available in the lobby, along with great recommendations from the staff.
the price wasn't the one mentioned online because you need to pay in czk. this made a difference of about 8 euros, and i found this annoying.

staff realized it was my birthday and left a cake in my room when i came back, and that was so kind. they were always happy to help, no matter the time, and i found it really thoughtful. the service here is top notch.

i thought the food and drinks in the restaurant was good, and i found that it added to my stay. the breakfast had many options and it tasted so yummy. i also tried some local drinks and they tasted very delicious.

the hotel was a short 15 minute tram ride to the centre, great for exploring the city. it was also a 35 minutes walk through the park to the castle and gardens. i really liked that there was easy access to public transportation.

The breakfast buffet included many options. I appreciated lactose-free choices. Almond and soya milk were available. A public transport ticket machine operates in the atrium. I found power outlets and USB outlets near the bed very convenient.
The housekeeping was sometimes inconsistent. The room was not cleaned even with the 'make up room' sign displayed. I had to call the front desk to specifically request it, which happened daily. This.
