wonderful stay near the station

the room was very clean with comfortable beds. i appreciated the modern look of the hotel, it seemed well kept. the staff was friendly and gave helpful recommendations. i was pleased with the security feature where room cards were needed to operate the lifts (i felt okay all time).

I noticed the lack of a refrigerator in the room. I had to go to the ground floor kitchen for cool drinks.

The hotel rooms included comfortable beds, so I slept well . Breakfast was excellent, and it had good variety. I also found a washing machine available. That was very convenient for my longer trip. The location near the train station made travel easy for me.

I noted the absence of a refrigerator in the room. This meant I had to go to the kitchen for cold drinks. The hotel did not clean my room, even after my request. I asked for clean towels specifically, but this was not done.

The staff welcomed me warmly and were very helpful . I noticed the rooms are clean and new. This. I found a shortcut that takes only five minutes from the hotel to the train station. The tram outside the station took me to Place de la Bourse quickly.

I had to pay extra to store my luggage at the hotel. I've never encountered this before.

Really good Stay Near the Station

I found the location excellent near both bus and rail links. The breakfast buffet included a really good range of options and pretty good coffee. I found the shared kitchen useful. All the shared facilities, including the bar and terrace garden, seemed good.

The ventilation in my room could not be regulated and continued throughout the night making sleep difficult.

The hotel location was fine. It was close to the main train station.

I was quite disappointed with the bathroom, because every time i took a shower, it flooded. the room felt cold, and i didn't feel at home, not relaxing at all! also, the staff asked if i wanted the room cleaned one night, but the following day, it wasn't touched. This shows low standards for hotels in my opinion.
