charmed by the elegance
central location rooftop restaurant amazing breakfast
i was pleased with the central location. great dining and shopping were a short walk away, very convenient. the rooftop restaurant offered fine sunsets, and it was a relaxing spot. breakfast service was amazing, providing many choices.
the hotel could benefit from some light repairs. i noticed a few minor issues that detracted slightly from the overall impression.

The staff was very friendly and professional. charles remembered me from a previous visit. He assisted with luggage to my room. the team consistently provided excellent service.

dated decor plumbing issues
The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. the room felt quite dated. The hallways were dark and the decor wasn't what I expected for the price. the shower had plumbing issues. The water temperature fluctuated dramatically.
