the staff was very friendly and helpful, ALWAYS smiling. breakfast included a nice variety of pastries and fresh fruit.
my room was next to the elevator, SO i heard some noise at times.

The location was great. The hotel was near the main shopping street and other points of interest. The breakfast was decent, it gave me enough energy for the mornings.
The air conditioning made too much noise. I had to turn it off to sleep, so my room got really hot. The room was also quite small. Room 321 felt smaller than other rooms down the hall.
