broken air conditioning unenforced pool
the breakfast buffet had many delicious options.
the air conditioning did not work and stayed at 74°. i asked for it to be fixed, but nothing happened. i was not allowed to change rooms. the adults-only pool was not enforced and children were running around.

Wonderful Stay and Fantastic Service
clean hotel sea view chilled pool area excellent staff
The hotel was impressively clean. I had a junior suite with a sea view, bathtub, and balcony, it was superb. The adult pool area was fantastic. Very chilled. The staff provided service above expectations. Bruno, Cristina, and Angel were excellent team members. They worked to fulfill any request.
The room had a small design that limited privacy. You could hear corridor noise because walls were very thin.

The hotel includes direct access to the beach. This allows for easy enjoyment of the waterfront. The pool area is well maintained. Loungers were available. The gym has modern equipment for diverse workouts.

The breakfast buffet included fresh ingredients. I found many options. There were fruits, cheeses, buns, cakes, omelettes, and eggs. The level upgrade provides drinks and snacks throughout the day. This is very convenient.

The concierge was supportive, kind, and knowledgeable. I experienced quick check-in. The staff member provided helpful details. The management team is very good. They address concerns promptly. Staff members were attentive and friendly.

The location has direct access to the beach. The hotel is within walking distance to everything you need. A bus stop is right at the hotel. This takes you directly to the airport. This is very useful!

good variety fair access
I found the breakfast buffet to have good variety. the pool area was spacious and included many sunbeds. The policy against reserving them ensured fair access for everyone
The gym's equipment had some wear and tear. Several machines showed signs of heavy use

We had a really nice family vacation here for four nights in may. We stayed in two junior suites. The rooms were big! they were spacious and had a lovely shower along with a large bathtub. the half-board food was great. the service stood out. Every staff member was helpful, always with a smile.
The music from nikki beach next door could bother some with the loud sounds from noon until seven in the evening. I only found it annoying one day because of the bongo drums all day.
