well-kept grounds outside seating friendly staff
I appreciated the grounds. They were well kept. the outside seating was an advantage. staff were very helpful and friendly. They offered prompt service.
the hotel seemed a tiny bit dated.

the grounds include trails and a forest, very well cared for. i noticed a horse paddock with horses near a fountain. the hotel has a bar open 24 hours and offers a wide range of drinks.

The staff provided great customer service. They promptly made a fresh pot of coffee and served it on a cute tray upon request. I enjoyed having easy access to trails and green space for the dog. The location near the city allowed convenient uber access without the noise.

smooth process clear directions serene setting
I found the check-in process smooth. my room was ready, and the receptionist provided clear directions. the grounds offered a serene setting for a morning walk. I even spotted some local wildlife. it was charming.
the tv remote in my room needed new batteries.

my room had a modern bathroom with a great shower and hot water. the evening meal was excellent. the surroundings were beautiful and calm.
the lift was broken, so i had to carry my bag up the stairs myself.

the four poster bed was lovely it provided a nice touch. seats were fit for a king and queen the room felt grand. wardrobes were a decent size they easily accommodated two people. the superior king room decor was beautiful.
the split level suite lacked a mini fridge this was a significant oversight. the radiators emitted excessive heat even when turned off it made the room uncomfortable. the bathroom looked dated it needed a refresh.

musty smell non-functional tv
the location felt quite remote, but the grounds seemed well kept at least.
my room looked tired and smelled musty. the tv didn't work, and the staff didn't seem too concerned with resolving it. breakfast ended too early and i almost missed it.

the location offered a lovely walkable area. the staff were friendly.
the hotel room lacked a fridge. there were no robes or slippers in the room. i found the mattress to be not great.
